Kruisherenhotel Maastricht. The spacious mezzanine offers a
spectacular vantage point to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in
an awe-inspiring setting. Led by Chef de Cuisine, Menno Bannier,
the kitchen team create dishes that perfectly embody Maastricht’s
